Four for the Core
Communication without purpose is pointless. Your organization should identify a few specific measurable and realistic communication objectives and messages. These should be directly and explicitly linked to the overall business goals and strategy. We recommend four core communications:

- Internal process: focus on quality initiatives and projects, outcome measurement data and other items that promote operational excellence.
- Finances: analyze the state of the state; actively explain the financial stability of the organization and aim to decrease expenses and increase revenues.
