Elizabeth Scott


Elizabeth Scott, PhD has expertise in strategic planning, process-improvement and human capital development. Her wealth of experience managing complex projects is evident in her proven track record working with clients to increase organizational and business efficiency and effectiveness. Prior to founding Brighter Strategies, Liz served as the Vice President of Strategy and Performance Development for a large Virginia human service organization. Liz also provided a wide range of management consulting services to federal, state, and local government clients through her earlier career experience working with a governmental consulting agency. She has been an examiner for the prestigious Baldrige-based Virginia Senate Productivity and Quality Award (SPQA). Liz is a respected and sought after speaker on the topics of strategic and operational planning, outcome measurement development and program evaluation.

In addition to managing the practice, Liz holds a faculty position at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where she teaches in the master’s of Industrial Organizational Psychology program and the doctorial program in Organizational Leadership.

She holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in Organizational Sciences from The George Washington University, as well as a second master’s and Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California.

Jennifer Till

Jennifer Till, a trainer/facilitator, has demonstrated abilities and experience in leadership development, coaching, and facilitation for business, government, and non-profit sectors. She has successfully developed planning, marketing and operating programs for many industries including health care, manufacturing, and publishing. She managed the turn-around of an electronics manufacturing plant, including ISO 9000 Certification utilizing the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence and TQI process management. Jennifer brings her business acumen and strong training and development skills to clients to create an environment of excellence and to help them maintain focus and direction while increasing productivity and efficiency.

She weaves her professional and personal experience into her results-oriented business practice, working primarily with executives who are looking to become more effective at work while reducing stress and finding balance and focus in their lives as well as lead their teams to higher levels of performance.

Using humor with her high-energy yet caring approach, to get results, Jennifer has been coaching and training for over ten years. She is certified in various assessment and developmental tools including DISC, Belbin Team Profiles, Attribute Index, Values, Index and RAC Leadership development curriculum. She is a highly effective facilitator and is highly effective in working with group dynamics. She has developed curriculum for team chartering, high performance teams, conflict resolution, and highly effective communication for all organizational levels.

Ms. Till offers Dances of Universal Peace throughout the country, conducts spiritual retreats and teaches meditation classes at the local women’s high-security prison. She also is a musician, recording artist and has a radio show, Real Life with Jennifer Till, which is dedicated to people who are ready for balance, alignment and joy in their lives.


Jackie Bsharah

Jackie Bsharah, a trainer and coach, has helped people transform their thinking and behavior for more than 20 years. Jackie is a goals-driven, results-oriented executive coach and consultant, with a proven track-record of helping clients achieve sustained change. She integrates her knowledge of leadership, adult learning and development and systems theories with practical application to help individuals, teams and organizations develop more productive and effective mindsets. Jackie specializes in helping leaders who are trying to redefine or rehabilitate themselves in their organizations.

Before becoming a coach and consultant, Jackie worked at The Associated Press covering national and international news and was on the news team that won the prestigious Edward R. Murrow Award for coverage of the September Eleventh terrorist attacks. As Executive Producer of the Radio/Audio Division at The Associated Press, Jackie was responsible for leadership development, talent and performance management, employee assessment and quality control. Jackie has two Master’s degrees: a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University and the National Training Laboratory and a Master of Arts in Human and Organization Development from Fielding Graduate University. Currently, Jackie is working toward a Ph.D. in Human and Organization Development. She also graduated from the ICF-accredited Evidence-Based Coaching program at Fielding.

Cara Parker


Cara Parker, PMP, MBA has demonstrated abilities and experience in organizational development and group dynamics. Specifically, her expertise includes: strategic planning, leadership training, instructional design, and facilitation. She consistently receives survey scores in the 97th percentile for her performance and speaking engagements. Utilizing methodologies from academia coupled with over 22 years of real-world experience in government, corporate and non-profit organizations, Ms. Parker consults with organizations to plan for a successful future by using a systems approach to assess needs and grow their strengths. Her goal is to propel people and organizations to results!

Adept at creating and managing innovative programs, before joining Brighter Strategies Rachel worked as a Director of Sales & Marketing at a hotel & convention center, a government project coordinator, and directed catering operations with American Golf Corporation, Hyatt Hotels, and a private Virginia country club. Rachel received her undergraduate education in International Business & Marketing at Oklahoma State University and a Master of Arts in International Relations at the University of Oklahoma.
