These Zoom sessions will engage participants in both the practice and science of mindfulness and offer guided meditations. The cost is $135 per person and includes all 10 sessions. The sessions will be recorded, so if you need to miss a session, you can watch it another time during the week. This mindfulness series is suitable for people who attended our Mindfulness Series in May, or anyone considering beginning a mindfulness practice.
Are you interested in diving in more deeply and having an opportunity to explore your mindfulness practice during small group interactive sessions? Mindful Coaching Circles allow you the opportunity to apply your mindfulness practice to the specific challenges in your life in an intimate group setting. This program also includes the Cultivating Mindfulness Series. So, you will have 10 small group “Mindful Coaching” sessions and 10 Cultivating Mindfulness sessions, for a total of 20 sessions. Mindful Coaching Circles will be limited to 4-6 people and will run for 10 weeks. This offering is $1,500 per person.

Beginning a mindfulness practice is a lot like going to the gym to begin a new exercise routine. You can pick up a weight and do 20 bicep repetitions, but it doesn’t mean that your arm is now strong. You’ll need to pick up that weight over and over and over again to gain and maintain strength. Mindfulness is very similar, in that it is a practice, it takes time, and commitment.
Mindfulness Coaching is a perfect way to establish a mindfulness practice as well as have the support of a coach to uncover and work with less than useful patterns that impact you both inside and outside of work. When you practice mindfulness, you are literally re-wiring your brain for a more skillful approach to life.
Our 6-month coaching package costs $1,500 a month. Coaching sessions typically last an hour and are every 7-10 days. This form of coaching is an individualized process that helps people achieve short- and longer-term goals. Coaching is about unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their performance in various aspects of their life. Jennifer will work with you in your first couple of sessions to define your coaching goals and to set milestones for your success.

Individuals on a team who develop awareness, self-regulation and resilience through mindfulness form the foundation for a high functioning team. Team Coaching incorporates the foundation of mindfulness described above with an additional focus on
