Fern Hernberg spent twelve years of leading Eagle HR, Inc., a human resources consulting firm she launched in 2010. She now joins Brighter Strategies as Managing Director of People Strategy. Prior to starting Eagle, Fern held a variety of senior-level HR positions with Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, Deloitte Services LP, and the United Service Organizations (USO). Fern’s highly talented Eagle HR staff will also be joining the Brighter Strategies team. With the addition of the Eagle HR staff we now have six highly experienced HR and People Strategy consultants as well as six executive coaches.
