Kellogg Foundation – Logic Model Development Guide This guide was developed to provide practical assistance to nonprofits that need to demonstrate the effectiveness of their programs and projects via outcome evaluations and measures. "Logic modeling" can enhance program planning, implementation, and dissemination activities.

W.K. Kellogg Foundation – Evaluation Handbook This handbook provides a framework for thinking about program evaluation as a relevant and useful tool.

Outcome Measurement Resource Network United Way’s Resource Network offers information, downloadable documents, and links to resources related to the identification and measurement of program- and community-level outcome measurement.

Baldrige National Quality Program The Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence reflect validated, leading-edge management practices against which an organization can measure itself. The Baldrige Criteria help organizations achieve and sustain the highest national levels of customer satisfaction and engagement; product and service outcomes and process efficiency; volunteer and workforce satisfaction and engagement; financial and volunteer resources; and social responsibility.

U.S. Senate Productivity and Quality Award for Virginia The SPQA is Virginia’s premier awards program for performance excellence. For over 20 years, the SPQA performance excellence criteria have been used by hundreds of Virginia organizations to stay abreast of the competition and to improve performance.
